"Brought car in for check up of tranny which sounded like it was slipping. Buzz was so upfront and professional, test drove it an honestly told me it was the ecm which is the brain of the car, he told me I needed to replace it. After leaving car with his transmission shop, in less than 3 days, called and said "car was ready" was surprised when I drove off his lot. Car was like NEW. Awesome Prompt Service. Deserve 5 star. Would recommend Main Street Transmission to anyone who needs outstanding transmission services."

"In May 2015 my transmission failed on a trip From Maine, & towed to Main St Transmission. Repaired & worked perfectly. In Feb. 2016, transmission front pump cracked & left me stranded. Although I was responsible to get it to Main St. in Ct., It was picked up in Maine on a Thursday & delivered to Ct., I assume sometime friday.. Monday at noon I called to make sure that that they actually received my vehicle, just to find that the cause was found, repaired, & almost ready for a road test. I was a service manager in car dealerships for 25 years. This is a reputable business, great service & fast turnaround. Also, this failure is very uncommon, & not a fault in the workmanship of this shop, but just a freak failure, in which they happily repaired under their house warranty. Five Stars.. Very satisfied"
